1. Trying the Item on the Door:

 

At Faia, we understand the importance of ensuring the perfect fit and satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we allow customers to try on the item(s) while the courier is at the door. This allows you to assess the fit, style, and overall suitability of the product before making a final decision.

 

2. Refund and Exchange:

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Faia purchase. If, within 2 days of receiving your order, you find that the item does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund or exchange option. Please note the following conditions for eligibility:

 

a. Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. It should not show any signs of wear, such as stains, odors, or alterations.

 

b. Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be attached to the item. This includes any hangtags, price tags, or brand-specific labels.
